A Hike in the Smokies

A Hike in the Smokies

We couldn't miss a chance to take a hike in the Smokies when we stayed in Sevierville, TN for a few days. It was a gorgeous fall day that required only a light sweater - my favorite!

While parking we saw a huge sign saying that no dogs were allowed on the trails. Phoebe perched on her car seat, wagging her tail, was anxious to get out. Shoot.

I did research ahead of time but we must have taken a wrong turn. We started heading back when I asked my mom to stop so I could take a picture of this gorgeous white house (probably a visitors center). After taking the picture, I turned around to head back to the truck and saw a sign for the trail we were looking for. Up ahead was a couple with a dog. Score!

We parked and took an hour long hike along a beautiful trail. Pictures below!
