All About Relaxing RV Resort
My aunt would have LOVED this campground. From the customized chalkboard to the immediate decoration change from fall to Christmas - it had her name written all over it.
And yes, the campground's name is actually "All About Relaxing" RV Resort. Yep. I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.
The park was small. Very tight and squishy. But it packed a lot of charm into the tiny space. There was an old, clawfoot looking tub next to the laundry room for washing your dogs. Cute, right? And to the right of the laundry room was a beautiful swimming pool and beside that was a dog park and covered activity area.
The park was sandwiched between two neighborhoods with a gate that bordered most of the property. The only downside was that behind our space seemed to be a boy band in training and the thump, thump, thump of the drums grew a bit annoying. On the opposite side of the campground was a trio of loudly barking dogs in response to said boy band. Our super friendly neighbor, who wanted to solve all of our RV problems and teach us his traveling ways, was not super amused by the nonsense. I think he and his wife were going to be there for another month.
Besides all of that, we enjoyed Mobile, AL a lot. We did not smell any mysterious paper mill stench (we were warned about this) until we were leaving and otherwise loved Dauphin Island, exploring our area of town and taking Phoebe to a great dog park.
