We kind of absolutely loved Minneapolis. My mom traveled here for a lot of work meetings and I came once a few years ago for a photography class.
But this time felt a little different.
Our campground was about 30 minutes outside of Minneapolis in an area called Apple Valley. We had our own crescent moon shaped site that was one of the nicest and largest ones yet. Our favorite part? The beautiful loop trail around a small lake attached to the park.
On our second or third day we went downtown to walk around Nicolett Island and took a driving tour of Minneapolis. It almost felt like a teeny tiny Manhattan. And to top it all off…there was a gorgeous downtown library that I could totally see myself spending a lot of time in. Minneapolis - we’ve got our eye on you.
A quick Zillow search showed that, if we were ever to hop off the road, current housing prices are looking oh so good.
