Nashville Shores RV Resort
Our first camp site! We have a soft spot for our first RV home. Here are our thoughts:
Location: This camp is about 2-3 minutes away from a major highway but not close enough to be noisy. There is a great (new) shopping center about 5 minutes away that has a grocery store, pet store and a few chain restaurants. If you would like to head downtown, you are only about 20 minutes away!
Camp Atmosphere: Close to a large lake, this camp boasts beautiful views. You are also right next to Nashville Shores Water Park so that is part of your view as well but even during peak hours, we rarely noticed the noise, crowds or music coming from the park. The camp included a mix between families with kids, older couples and well, people like us. :)
Camp Sites: Most of the sites are pretty close together. There are a few that have larger grass yards or they are on an end plot. Some of the hook-ups (electric, plumbing and cable) are awkwardly placed but once we were in a pull thru, they were easier to access. Site includes fire pit, hook-ups and picnic table.
Amenities: Grocery/camping supply store, laundry facility, fenced dog park, kids playground, water activity rentals, rope course, water park, 2 trash facilities, fire pit at each camp site, and a bathroom facility.
